Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions.
Strong background in business process automation and workflow design.
ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.
Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Jelly, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Strong project management skills.
