You support our recruiting team in proactively searching for and approaching new talent for our IT projects
You develop search strategies to identify high-potential candidates and conduct targeted, personalized direct outreach via platforms such as LinkedIn or XING
You familiarize yourself with relevant recruiting trends and topics and research new channels for our recruitment efforts
You help build and maintain our talent pool and document candidate information in the applicant tracking system
You assist in candidate qualification and participate in initial screening interviews
You work closely with our specialist departments to ensure optimal placement of candidates
Requirements
You are a registered student (m/f/d), ideally studying Business Administration, Social Sciences, Business Law, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Economics, or a related field
You are eager to make an impact and help build ARES with us!
Ideally, you already have some experience in IT recruiting and active sourcing
You are confident using social networks, especially LinkedIn
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You are highly organized, proactive, and quick to learn
You are flexible and willing to work on a variety of (including new) topics
You have approximately 20 hours per week available alongside your studies
You are able to work regularly onsite at our office in East Munich
You have very good German and English skills
