Key responsibilities & impact

Consulting, design, and implementation of customized and innovative Microsoft (cloud) solutions
Topic development in the areas of Cloud and Modern Work
Conducting requirements analyses and workshops with clients, including at C-level
Active participation in project teams for our well-known clients
Contribution to ARES internal projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree (e.g., in STEM) or vocational training in IT
Solid knowledge of IT technologies such as Microsoft cloud services, identity providers, and client-server architectures
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the services included within it
Experience in presales and project management
Familiarity with agile working methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
Motivated to quickly learn new topics and to advance your skills in cloud technologies
Independent, customer-focused, strong communicator and a team player
Willingness to travel within Germany (on average max. 3 days/month)
Very good German and English language skills
Willingness to undergo a security check (SÜ1 or SÜ2) in accordance with the Security Clearance Act (SÜG)
