Working Student (Marketing)

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You take responsibility for one of our marketing channels (LinkedIn) and support its operational management and maintenance
- You maintain and schedule LinkedIn posts, prepare content, adjust images and formats, and coordinate publications
- You collaborate with freelancers and support the coordination of marketing content
- You assist in organizing and following up on events and trade shows, e.g. participant lists, deadlines, speaker submissions, or giveaways
- You adapt existing Canva and PowerPoint templates and prepare content in a visually appealing way
- You create smaller design assets such as social media graphics, event banners, or presentation slides in the corporate design
- You support internal marketing processes, coordinate approvals, monitor deadlines, and ensure structured filing
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are an enrolled student (m/f/d), ideally studying Marketing, Communications, Media, or Design
- You have an interest in B2B marketing and visual design
- You work in an organized, reliable, and independent manner
- You have a good eye for design and content
- Initial experience with Canva and PowerPoint is an advantage
- You are communicative and enjoy working in a team
- You are available approximately 15–20 hours/week alongside your studies
- It is not a problem for you to work on-site about one day/week at our office (east Munich)
- Excellent German language skills complete your profile
