About the role
- Create daily and shift schedules in coordination with the F&B Assistant
- Support our F&B Assistant with personnel management
- Onboard and train new sales staff
- Supervise and mentor sales trainees/apprentices
- Contribute to the optimization of workflows and processes
- Assist in sales operations, from merchandise presentation to sales activities
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints via the POS/cash register system
- Place orders for merchandise and carry out inventories
- Implement measures to improve quality and increase sales
Requirements
- Vocational qualification as a retail salesperson, sales assistant, or an equivalent qualification
- Ideally, experience as a shift supervisor in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or a comparable role (career changers are also welcome)
- Ideally, initial experience in personnel management
- Good written and spoken German and English
