About the role
- Create daily and shift schedules in coordination with the F&B Assistant
- Support our F&B Assistant with personnel management
- Train and onboard new sales staff
- Supervise trainees/apprentices in sales
- Participate in optimizing workflows
- Work in sales, from merchandise presentation to sales activities
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints via POS systems
- Order goods and perform inventories
- Implement measures to improve quality and increase sales
Requirements
- Completed training as a retail salesperson, sales assistant, or similar qualification
- Ideally professional experience as a shift leader in retail, restaurant, hotel or a comparable role (career changers are also welcome)
- Preferably initial experience in personnel management
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
