About the role
- Create daily duty and shift schedules in coordination with the F&B Assistant.
- Support our F&B Assistant in staff management.
- Onboard and train new employees.
- Supervise trainees/apprentices in service.
- Contribute to the optimization of work processes.
- Work in guest service, from table service to sales activities in the restaurant.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints via POS/cash register systems.
- Order goods and conduct inventories.
- Implement measures to improve quality and increase revenue.
Requirements
- Ideally completed vocational training in gastronomy or retail, or a similar qualification.
- Previous experience as a shift leader or in a comparable position is desirable.
- Ideally some initial experience in personnel management.
- Enjoy providing guest service.
- Good English and German skills, both written and spoken.
