About the role

  • Create daily duty and shift schedules in coordination with the F&B Assistant.
  • Support our F&B Assistant in staff management.
  • Onboard and train new employees.
  • Supervise trainees/apprentices in service.
  • Contribute to the optimization of work processes.
  • Work in guest service, from table service to sales activities in the restaurant.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints via POS/cash register systems.
  • Order goods and conduct inventories.
  • Implement measures to improve quality and increase revenue.

Requirements

  • Ideally completed vocational training in gastronomy or retail, or a similar qualification.
  • Previous experience as a shift leader or in a comparable position is desirable.
  • Ideally some initial experience in personnel management.
  • Enjoy providing guest service.
  • Good English and German skills, both written and spoken.
