About the role

  • Managing the full HR administration cycle (employment contracts, time tracking, labor law matters, etc.)
  • Performing preliminary payroll processing in cooperation with the external payroll provider
  • Preparing HR reports, personnel statistics, and analyses
  • Supporting and advising managers and employees on all operational and personnel-related matters
  • Serving as the contact person for authorities, social security institutions, pension funds, and other external parties
  • Assisting with recruiting activities
  • Organizing and documenting training and development activities for employees
  • Close collaboration with park management and other internal stakeholders such as HR colleagues, employees, and managers
  • Reviewing invoices for completeness and accuracy
  • Handling daily financial closings (revenues and payment methods)
  • Managing and processing orders, delivery notes, and stock movements in the inventory management system
  • Managing and overseeing the cash register and preparing the cash reconciliation
  • Archiving documents and forwarding invoices to accounting
  • Supporting inventories and spot checks, and preparing related reports
  • Providing support to colleagues in other areas

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in Human Resources and/or an administrative role, ideally in the service or hospitality sector
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification (career changers with relevant professional experience are also welcome)
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Structured, careful, and independent working style with a strong focus on quality
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented, positive attitude
  • High level of reliability, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive data
  • Friendly, open, and service-oriented personality with a genuine enjoyment of working with people
  • Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team
  • Excellent written and spoken Danish and English; German skills are an advantage
