About the role
- Support in organising the HR department together with our on-site HR colleague and the HR team in Cologne
- Handling the entire HR administration cycle, including employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding and time tracking (Atoss)
- Preparing HR reports, personnel statistics and analyses
- Support in preparing payroll in cooperation with the external payroll provider
- Competent point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related matters
- Collaboration with authorities, social security institutions and pension funds
- Organisation and documentation of training and development measures
- Support in recruiting activities and onboarding processes
- Close cooperation with the Park Manager and internal interfaces
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in HR
- Strong affinity for numbers as well as a structured and reliable way of working
- Knowledge of Danish employment, social security and payroll tax law is an advantage
- Very good command of Danish, spoken and written
- Good knowledge of German and/or English
- Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience in recruiting, ideally in an international environment
- Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for actively shaping the working environment at the park
- Ideally experience with time tracking systems (we use Atoss)
