About the role
- Create daily duty and shift schedules in coordination with the F&B Assistant.
- Support our F&B Assistant with staff management.
- Onboard and train new employees.
- Supervise and mentor trainees/apprentices in service.
- Assist in optimizing work processes.
- Work in guest service, from serving to sales activities in the restaurant.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints via the POS system.
- Order supplies and conduct inventory counts.
- Implement measures to improve quality and increase revenue.
Requirements
- Ideally completed training in gastronomy or retail, or a comparable qualification.
- Previous work experience as a shift supervisor or in a comparable position is desirable.
- Ideally, initial experience in staff leadership.
- Enjoy working in guest service.
- Good spoken and written English and German.
