About the role

  • Create daily duty and shift schedules in coordination with the F&B Assistant.
  • Support our F&B Assistant with staff management.
  • Onboard and train new employees.
  • Supervise and mentor trainees/apprentices in service.
  • Assist in optimizing work processes.
  • Work in guest service, from serving to sales activities in the restaurant.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints via the POS system.
  • Order supplies and conduct inventory counts.
  • Implement measures to improve quality and increase revenue.

Requirements

  • Ideally completed training in gastronomy or retail, or a comparable qualification.
  • Previous work experience as a shift supervisor or in a comparable position is desirable.
  • Ideally, initial experience in staff leadership.
  • Enjoy working in guest service.
  • Good spoken and written English and German.
