About the role
- Create daily duty and shift schedules in coordination with the F&B Assistant
- Support our F&B Assistant in staff management
- Train new sales employees
- Supervise trainees/apprentices in sales
- Contribute to optimizing work processes
- Work in sales, from merchandise presentation to sales activities
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints via point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Place orders for goods and perform inventory counts
- Implement measures to improve quality and increase sales
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a retail salesperson/retail clerk, sales assistant, or a similar qualification
- Ideally experience as a shift leader in retail sales, restaurants, hospitality or a comparable position (career changers are also welcome)
- Ideally some initial experience in personnel management
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
