About the role
- Partner with AEs to drive new business and upsell opportunities
- Understand customer needs, scope solutions, and design win strategies (e.g. MEDDPICC)
- Deliver engaging product demos tailored to specific customer use cases
- Articulate Ardoq’s ROI and position us effectively against competitors
- Troubleshoot technical questions and guide prospects through testing
- Share best practices to enhance presales effectiveness across the team
- Provide pipeline insights and forecast on wins/losses
Requirements
- Background in B2B SaaS solution consulting or presales
- Ideally knowledge of Enterprise Architecture principles and tools
- A natural storyteller who can connect complex technical detail to compelling business outcomes
- Track record of aligning solutions with business needs and quantifying ROI
- Solid understanding of complex sales cycles and how to navigate customer pain points
- Excellent collaboration skills and comfortable working side by side with Sales, Product, and Technical teams
- Resilient, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Effective at managing multiple customer engagements and priorities simultaneously
