About the role

  • Partner with AEs to drive new business and upsell opportunities
  • Understand customer needs, scope solutions, and design win strategies (e.g. MEDDPICC)
  • Deliver engaging product demos tailored to specific customer use cases
  • Articulate Ardoq’s ROI and position us effectively against competitors
  • Troubleshoot technical questions and guide prospects through testing
  • Share best practices to enhance presales effectiveness across the team
  • Provide pipeline insights and forecast on wins/losses

Requirements

  • Background in B2B SaaS solution consulting or presales
  • Ideally knowledge of Enterprise Architecture principles and tools
  • A natural storyteller who can connect complex technical detail to compelling business outcomes
  • Track record of aligning solutions with business needs and quantifying ROI
  • Solid understanding of complex sales cycles and how to navigate customer pain points
  • Excellent collaboration skills and comfortable working side by side with Sales, Product, and Technical teams
  • Resilient, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Effective at managing multiple customer engagements and priorities simultaneously
