About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze key access, service, and trade performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Prepare analytical reporting and present findings to senior management to drive strategic initiatives
  • Analyze operational trends and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and patient experience across distribution partners
  • Coordinate resolutions to distribution partner issues to reduce time to treatment
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and specialty pharmacies
  • Perform variance analyses and investigate changes in trade performance, customer purchasing behavior, and distribution trends
  • Partner with the Trade Operations Manager on monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports covering inventory, sales, trade spend, and customer performance
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews and operational updates for internal stakeholders and distribution partners
  • Identify opportunities to improve trade operations processes, reporting, and data quality through process improvements and cross-functional collaboration

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field, with 6–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical market access, trade operations, analytics, specialty pharmacy, account management, or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of trade distribution, specialty pharmacy operations, reporting, and analytics
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution channels, including wholesalers, specialty distributors, and specialty pharmacies
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage cross-functional relationships and collaborate with external partners
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate complex data and recommendations effectively
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools for data analysis and reporting is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze complex data, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Ability to travel as needed
