About the role

  • Responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members within the various departments.
  • Cover front switchboard in a backup capacity and cover breaks, lunch hour, afternoons, vacation/sick time.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and faxes.
  • Perform various administrative tasks for employees.
  • Primary Point of Contact for customers and vendors.
  • Perform multiple customer service duties for the general public, licensed agents/employees, lenders, or other agencies.
  • Call routing to appropriate department.
  • Policy corrections and endorsements for recorded legal documents.

Requirements

  • Prior Title/Mortgage Services Industry experience preferred.
  • Prior Banking or Title experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Problem Solving/Analysis.
  • Time Management.
  • Communication Proficiency.
  • Teamwork Orientation.
  • Works well independently.
  • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong PC skills – Experience with Microsoft Excel.
