About the role
- Responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers.
- Communicate effectively with team members within the various departments.
- Cover front switchboard in a backup capacity and cover breaks, lunch hour, afternoons, vacation/sick time.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and faxes.
- Perform various administrative tasks for employees.
- Primary Point of Contact for customers and vendors.
- Perform multiple customer service duties for the general public, licensed agents/employees, lenders, or other agencies.
- Call routing to appropriate department.
- Policy corrections and endorsements for recorded legal documents.
Requirements
- Prior Title/Mortgage Services Industry experience preferred.
- Prior Banking or Title experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Problem Solving/Analysis.
- Time Management.
- Communication Proficiency.
- Teamwork Orientation.
- Works well independently.
- Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong PC skills – Experience with Microsoft Excel.
