About the role
- Build, strengthen, and maintain long-lasting relationships with agents and referral partners within Osceola and Polk Counties.
- Grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities and enhancing service delivery.
- Identify, research, and qualify for new prospective agents throughout assigned counties.
- Secure new business through effective outreach and compelling presentations.
- Develop and execute a strategic call plan tailored to the Osceola/Polk corridor and surrounding areas.
- Represent The Closing Agent at local real estate associations, networking groups, community events, and industry programs.
- Maintain a strong presence in the Real Estate, lending, and builder communities.
- Deliver dynamic, audience-appropriate presentations to offices and groups of all sizes.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure agent success.
Requirements
- Proven experience in title insurance, real estate, lending, or related industry fields.
- Demonstrated success in business development or sales-focused roles.
- Strong relationship building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a field-based, multi-county territory.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
