About the role
- Analyze title insurance risks and underwriting issues
- Provide underwriting solutions to agents, sales team, and title examiners
- Handle residential and limited commercial transactions underwriting
- Present training seminars
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Handle a high volume of inquiries via email and telephone
- Analyze and respond to indemnity requests
- Travel with sales staff for agent visits
Requirements
- J.D. degree
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Member in good standing with the Florida Bar
- Strong knowledge of Florida real property law and the title insurance industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
