About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Explain the business value of Arctic Wolf's cybersecurity solutions to MSP partners
  • Develop solution positioning and value-based messaging that differentiates the company from competitors
  • Conduct market research and buyer intelligence to understand personas, purchasing behavior, and buying criteria
  • Lead go-to-market product launches across Sales, Marketing, and Partners
  • Manage launch plans, timelines, communications, training, sales enablement, and deliverables
  • Create sales and marketing collateral including datasheets, solution briefs, blogs, and presentations
  • Develop talk tracks and internal tools to support the selling process
  • Execute growth strategies for the Managed Service Provider channel through strategic planning and project management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Program Management, Sales, Marketing, and Partners
  • Speak with customers, create personas, and launch products and promotions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience taking products from conception to market launch in the cybersecurity industry
  • Ability to manage changing task priorities and parallel deliverables effectively
  • Superior project management and presentation skills
  • Advanced interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional interviewing and listening skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated success marketing to and through a partner channel
  • Strong grasp of cybersecurity principles and enterprise IT infrastructure
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, English, social sciences, business, or marketing
  • 3+ years of B2B cybersecurity product marketing experience
  • Ability to travel; passport required
  • MBA preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in Security Operations solutions as a product marketer preferred
  • Direct experience with cybersecurity solutions for Managed Service Providers, such as Endpoint Security and Managed Detection and Response, preferred
  • Must comply with information security policies, standards, processes, and controls
  • Background checks are required
  • May require authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws and regulations
