About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the technical strategy, operating model, and performance of the S2 Technical Lead organization.
Act as the primary strategic liaison between Security Services (S2) and Product/R&D.
Hire, onboard, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Technical Leads.
Define and track KPIs tied to customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and platform impact.
Establish standards for how Technical Leads assess, mentor, and develop Security Engineers within their assigned Sections.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least five years of security consulting or security operations experience.
Five or more years of experience leading Security Operations or a technical IC function within a global organization with Cloud and SaaS products.
Proven track record of managing Detection and Response (D&R), CSIRT, Vulnerability Management, Security Engineering, Cloud Security, or Red Teaming teams.
Prior experience managing other managers or senior ICs in a matrixed or project-based organizational model.
