About the role

  • Collaborate with companies to educate them on the business value of Arctic Wolf Networks' CyberSOC for customers and to drive adoption
  • Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations focused on the customer's business requirements
  • Create an environment where prospects become customers and customers become advocates
  • Overcome obstacles during the sales process and help customers understand how Arctic Wolf addresses their requirements and concerns
  • Serve as Arctic Wolf's voice to the customer and represent the customer's voice to Arctic Wolf
  • Support sales qualification and demonstrate confident mastery of technical architecture design

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in technical pre-sales or consulting focused on security solutions
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting, deploying, or designing enterprise IT systems, preferably with security-focused technologies
  • Technical experience in networking, security, identity management, cloud services, and Windows/Linux/Mac is required
  • Ability to communicate the business application/value of Arctic Wolf technology to all audiences — from technical staff to executive decision-makers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation abilities, outstanding time management, and attention to detail
  • Solid working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
