About the role
- Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to core customer workflows
- Conduct user research and translate insights into product requirements
- Define and maintain a roadmap aligned with company objectives
- Evaluate market trends and emerging technologies
- Lead the design of AI-assisted and data-driven product features
- Partner with engineering and data teams on model integration and evaluation
- Ensure solutions are reliable, explainable, and user-friendly
- Support human-in-the-loop and quality control processes
- Write clear product specifications and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer value and business impact
- Manage product development from concept to launch
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on launches
- Support product positioning and customer enablement
- Track adoption, engagement, and retention metrics
- Incorporate customer feedback into product iterations
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience delivering workflow-oriented or data-driven products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience with AI/ML-powered products
- Familiarity with modern data platforms and APIs
- Background in vertical SaaS or industry-specific software
- Experience with mobile or cloud-based platforms
- Familiarity with construction workflows, especially pre-construction processes such as material takeoff and estimating
- Experience with CAD and/or BIM systems and related design workflows
