About the role
- ArcSite: mobile sketching and drawing-based takeoff and estimating SaaS platform helping users create professional drawings and generate quotes faster.
- Remote-first team with collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
- Assist in creating and updating sales collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards).
- Maintain and organize content on internal sales enablement platforms (Notion, Highspot, etc.).
- Support planning and execution of product launch and seasonal campaigns; draft briefs and outbound messaging.
- Collaborate with design to develop campaign assets (social graphics, videos, ads) and build HubSpot landing pages.
- Monitor campaign and landing page analytics, propose improvements, and assist in reporting insights.
- Conduct competitive research, manage content calendars, and contribute to internal communications and team meetings.
Requirements
- Working toward a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills; able to create compelling, concise content.
- Interest in product marketing, SaaS, or B2B software.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Figma, Notion, Canva, or Google Analytics is a plus.
- Highly organized and proactive with excellent attention to detail.
