Frontend Engineer

• Develop software solutions aligned with the strategic goals of ARCOS and the evolving needs of our customers.
• Write software deemed readable, maintainable, and efficient by co-workers in the development team.
• Participate in the quality of the team’s software solutions.
• Collaborate with the development team, sharing knowledge to foster a culture of continuous learning and collective problem-solving.
• Operate effectively in an Agile Scrum environment, actively participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Own and deliver assigned tasks with a focus on quality and timeliness.
• Stay current with modern development paradigms and techniques, actively seek feedback, and work to continuously improve technical and collaborative skills.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues impacting production systems, which may be outside regular work hours when needed, as per criticality.
• Share updates, raise questions, and ensure transparency within the team.
