About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act directly in restaurant openings;
Review project documents, build master lists, request quotes, prepare orders, and request purchase orders;
Create delivery and installation schedules, contract freight and installation services, and oversee the assembly/installation of kitchens, technical area equipment, illuminated signage, and furniture;
Validate delivery receipts and monitor the accounting close-out process;
Approve invoice submissions and validate the accounting closure process for each project;
Provide support in the preparation of purchase orders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Production Engineering;
Familiarity with Oracle tools, Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to read architectural plans;
Technical and commercial knowledge, and experience managing teams;
Strong interpersonal skills with other areas and internal peers, assertive communication, and ease in problem-solving;
Tactical thinking and ability to perform cost analysis;
Spanish is desirable.
