Supply Chain

• Update and monitor the main Cost Drivers for the categories managed by the area;
• Perform cost analyses (Open Cost), identifying cost-reduction opportunities and value generation;
• Monitor market trends, commodities, and economic indicators that impact procurement categories;
• Support the development and implementation of productivity and cost-optimization initiatives;
• Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations to support strategic supplier negotiations;
• Participate in building commercial scenarios and benchmarking analyses to support decision-making;
• Support competitive procurement processes (RFP/RFQ), proposal evaluation, and supplier recommendations;
• Ensure the registration and maintenance of product information in corporate systems, including descriptions, specifications, codes, and other relevant data;
• Develop and update KPIs, dashboards, and management materials to monitor the area's results;
• Support interaction with cross-functional teams such as Quality, Operations, and Marketing.
