About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the integration of new employees (onboarding and pre-onboarding);
Assist in organizing training programs (logistics, communications, and attendance tracking);
Support the preparation and analysis of metrics, reports, and presentations for the department;
Assist with budget control and payments;
Support development projects, organizational climate initiatives, and engagement activities;
Assist with internal communications and the coordination of corporate initiatives;
Support the reception of new employees and the preparation of onboarding materials;
Assist in performance management routines and provide support to business areas;
Support data analysis and follow-up on outstanding items.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Public Relations, or related fields, with expected graduation in 12/2027 or 06/2028;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite;
Basic Excel knowledge (desired).
