About the role
- Assist in product development with suppliers, coordinating with them on the preparation and shipment of samples;
- Track receipt and tasting of samples;
- Support preparation of product presentations (documentation and kitchen activities);
- Regularly update nutritional and allergen tables to ensure compliance with legislation, coordinating information with Quality, Digital Marketing and the agency;
- Assist in alignment with all internal departments involved in product launches;
- Monitor in-restaurant testing;
- Assist with payments, invoice control and the department budget.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Food Engineering, with expected graduation between December 2027 and 2028;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
- Basic Spanish (preferred);
- Intermediate English (preferred).
