About the role

  • Develop layouts for new restaurants, remodels, kiosks and cafés;
  • Produce "Right Sizing" studies for new openings and analyze data provided by teams involved in the opening process;
  • Prepare presentations for Arcos' opening pipeline;
  • Analyze existing restaurant layouts to identify and develop operational improvements;
  • Review layout documentation in coordination with expansion, equipment and IT teams;
  • Support the maintenance team by proposing improvements to the upkeep of existing restaurants.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a university degree, preferably in Architecture and Urbanism (around the 5th semester), with expected graduation between July and December 2027;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Proactive attitude and commitment to delivering results;
  • Team player;
  • Curious and communicative;
  • Organized.
