About the role

  • Develop layouts for new restaurants, renovations, kiosks, and cafés;
  • Prepare "Right Sizing" studies for new locations and analyze data provided by the teams involved in new openings;
  • Prepare presentations for Arcos' openings pipeline;
  • Analyze existing restaurant layouts to identify and develop operational improvements;
  • Review layout documentation in coordination with the expansion, equipment and IT teams;
  • Support the maintenance team with suggestions to improve upkeep of existing restaurants.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university degree program, preferably Architecture and Urbanism, from the 5th semester onward, with expected graduation between July and December 2027;
  • Intermediate skills in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office;
  • Proactive and committed to delivering on assignments;
  • Enjoys working in a team;
  • Curious and communicative;
  • Organized.
