About the role

  • Conducting franchise segment studies (openings, closures and relocations);
  • Preparing presentations for the Executive Board;
  • Responsible for the monthly request of the Scorecard provision (Awards);
  • Monitoring franchise agreements nearing expiration and requiring extension amendments;
  • Sending documents and contracts via the DocuSign digital platform (studies, amendments, CKS, NT, TRA, new openings);
  • Supporting audits by compiling the required documentation;
  • Organizing and maintaining the contracts archive, both physical and digital;
  • Managing and requesting contract terminations and CK and Cafés contracts;
  • Processing requests for extension amendment contracts and TRA via mass mailing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting;
  • Advanced Excel;
  • Knowledge of Word and PowerPoint;
  • Power BI (preferred);
  • Knowledge of Spanish (preferred).
