About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end design projects, from problem discovery through solution implementation;
Actively participate in defining product strategy, contributing a systems-level perspective and a strong focus on user experience;
Conduct user research, interviews, and validations to inform product and design decisions;
Use qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions and measure the impact of proposed solutions;
Translate complex problems into clear, intuitive flows, journeys, and interfaces;
Create prototypes, flows, and specifications with a high level of quality and attention to detail;
Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and stakeholders to build simple, efficient experiences aligned with business goals;
Contribute to the evolution of the Design System and ensure experience consistency across products and features;
Collaborate with other designers through critiques, knowledge sharing, and quality reviews;
Serve as a technical reference within the team, supporting more junior designers with day-to-day challenges.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience working as a Product Designer on digital products, with the ability to independently drive complex design projects;
Strong technical expertise in UX, UI, information architecture, and flow design, with proficiency in design and prototyping tools (such as Figma);
Experience with user research and solution validation, demonstrating the ability to make decisions guided by data, metrics, and business context;
Excellent communication and persuasion skills, comfortable interacting with various stakeholders and with prior experience working in multidisciplinary teams with Product and Engineering;
A strong portfolio that demonstrates your product thinking, the impact you achieved, and the quality of your execution.
