About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the strategy and evolution of one or more critical products, with direct responsibility for solving pedagogical or financial problems;
Define relevant problems and prioritize initiatives based on data, strategic context, and user needs, clearly articulating trade-offs and saying no when necessary.
Monitor and evolve end-to-end product metrics, adjusting strategy as needed;
Identify and develop domain capabilities that create impact beyond your team, enabling other teams and products across the company.
Lead discovery cycles with hypotheses, experiments, and validation before major investments;
Align stakeholders across areas and seniority levels, ensuring clarity of direction and trade-offs;
Work closely with technical teams to turn architecture, scalability, security, and maintenance challenges into high-impact product initiatives;
Evolve the operating model for the products under your responsibility: rituals, processes, and ways of working with involved teams and areas.
Contribute to team development and the dissemination of product best practices across the organization (over 600 people in the technology vertical), mentoring less experienced colleagues.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience leading multiple product initiatives with a track record of deliveries in complex and ambiguous environments;
Strategic vision to think medium and long-term, connecting product evolution to broader company objectives;
Data fluency: you independently define and track product and business metrics; SQL and analytics tools are part of your routine;
Use of AI in work: you have integrated AI tools into your workflow (analysis, discovery, documentation, prototyping) and have a clear view of where they add product value;
Ability to evolve governance of major channels used by different user profiles, executing excellent stakeholder management with domain teams;
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — you adapt messaging, align expectations clearly, resolve conflicts calmly, and excel at asynchronous alignments, producing concise documentation that guides decisions;
