About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and develop the team under your responsibility (composed of Analysts and Assistants)
Plan, structure, and ensure flawless execution of store opening campaigns
Drive management of strategic projects and implement continuous improvements for store operations
Actively manage multiple stakeholders, interfacing with order, product, contracts teams, and others
Analyze performance data and operational metrics to inform decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields
Proven experience managing complex projects, overseeing multiple workstreams in parallel from planning to execution
Previous experience leading teams, with direct people management and a focus on team development
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis (advanced Excel and Google Sheets, plus familiarity with BI tools)
Generalist profile, able to navigate different topics, areas, and stakeholder levels with autonomy
Clear customer-experience orientation, translating market needs into practical operational improvements
Resilience and professional maturity to operate in a dynamic, high-demand environment with frequent change
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to align interface areas and influence without formal authority
Strong organizational skills and a big-picture view of processes, with a focus on operational efficiency.
