About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide operational support for service routines and order management.
Ensure correct execution of processes and the quality of records.
Handle low to medium complexity requests.
Support the organization of service queues.
Contribute to the operational efficiency of the area.
Manually enter orders into corporate systems.
Perform correction, adjustment, and regularization of orders.
Support the operational execution of commercial campaigns.
Execute activities related to enrollment campaigns.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Comfortable using systems and digital tools.
Good written communication and organizational skills.
Ability to follow operational processes and procedures.
