About the role

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s various departments
  • Prospect and build relationships with large private colleges
  • Strong experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education sector

Requirements

  • Ability to conduct negotiations transparently, firmly, and with integrity
  • Clear, structured, and effective communication
  • Familiarity with and management of the sales funnel
  • High energy and willingness to travel, with no restrictions on being assigned to support clients anywhere in Brazil
  • Eagerness to learn and a desire to be part of a winning team; comfortable being pushed out of your comfort zone
  • Direct communicator: active in speaking and attentive in listening; able to receive candid feedback and view it as an opportunity to grow
  • Comfortable handling constant change
