About the role
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s various departments
- Prospect and build relationships with large private colleges
- Strong experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education sector
- Understand each manager’s pain points and motivations; identify market opportunities and product improvements to better serve large colleges
- Keep the CRM (Salesforce) consistently up to date
- Develop creative initiatives to engage all colleges throughout the sales funnel
- Conduct negotiations, often involving the college’s financial considerations
Requirements
- Ability to conduct negotiations transparently, firmly, and with integrity
- Clear, structured, and effective communication
- Familiarity with and management of the sales funnel
- High energy and willingness to travel, with no restrictions on being assigned to support clients anywhere in Brazil
- Eagerness to learn and a desire to be part of a winning team; comfortable being pushed out of your comfort zone
- Direct communicator: active in speaking and attentive in listening; able to receive candid feedback and view it as an opportunity to grow
- Comfortable handling constant change
