About the role
- Lead the channel strategy, connecting business objectives with deliverables that make a real-world impact.
- Coordinate multiple squads, ensuring roadmaps are aligned and priorities are clear.
- Work closely with product, design, engineering teams and stakeholders so everything advances at the same pace.
- Monitor performance metrics, always looking for ways to improve.
Requirements
- Experience leading multiple product initiatives, with a track record of deliveries in complex and ambiguous environments;
- Strategic vision to plan for the medium and long term, linking product evolution to the company's broader objectives;
- Ability to advance governance of the main channels used by different user profiles, providing excellent stakeholder management with domain teams;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — you adapt the message, align expectations clearly, resolve conflicts calmly, and excel in asynchronous alignments, producing concise documentation that guides decisions;
- Bachelor's degree completed.
