- Foster a relationship that delights and builds trust with our clients;

Requirements
- Clear and concise communication;

- Ability to analyze data and identify gaps or opportunities;
- Experience in customer support (CX/CS);
- Experience working with metrics (TAT - Turnaround Time / TPR - Time to First Response / CSAT - Customer Satisfaction Score)
