About the role

  • Act as the design reference for your team, ensuring best creative practices and the successful execution of projects.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Brand Guidelines and drive the evolution of our visual quality standards.
  • Review and technically approve team deliverables: from campaign adaptations to CRM materials, social media assets, and event collateral.
  • Work hands-on on high-complexity projects or those that require a higher level of refinement.
  • Collaborate with copy and planning teams to ensure consistency across projects.
  • Implement and promote the use of generative AI tools.
  • Provide continuous technical feedback to accelerate the learning curve of junior and mid-level designers.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in Graphic Design or Art Direction.
  • Experience as a Senior Designer working on complex projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of Figma.
  • Experience with multi-format design: digital, print, presentations, and support for audiovisual production.
  • Proficiency in generative AI tools (Gemini, Firefly, Visual Electric, etc.).
  • Portfolio focused on communication pieces, branding, digital and print work, and experiential design.
