About the role

  • Create and expand visual concepts for integrated campaigns, product launches, and institutional projects.
  • Develop robust Key Visuals (KVs) that serve as a guide for the rest of the team.
  • Ensure consistency and the evolution of Arco's visual identity across multiple channels.
  • Work in direct partnership with Senior Copywriters to build powerful narratives (creative duo).
  • Actively participate in brainstorms and creative strategy meetings.
  • Explore and apply Generative AI to accelerate the creation of complex assets and prototyping.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Designer or Art Director.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator are mandatory).
  • Portfolio demonstrating versatility, systems thinking, and a high level of aesthetic refinement.
  • Experience in rolling out 360° campaigns (Digital, Social, OOH, Events).
  • Knowledge of AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, or similar).
