About the role
- Build and lead the IT financial planning process together with FP&A (annual budget, forecast, variance analysis, scenarios and projections).
- Structure and standardize IT financial processes and controls, ensuring adherence to governance practices based on COBIT.
- Perform comprehensive analyses of IT expenses (OPEX, CAPEX, contracts, licenses, services, telecom and cloud).
- Develop dashboards and executive reports to support decision-making.
- Participate in technical and financial discussions related to cloud costs, FinOps and consumption optimization strategies.
- Support management of IT people costs (headcount, contractors, cost allocations and the financial impacts of personnel movements).
- Structure the budget management process and financial performance tracking for IT projects.
- Support RFP processes and economic-financial analyses for strategic procurements.
- Act as a facilitator between areas to ensure visibility, traceability and financial compliance of IT services.
- Analytical mindset and structured thinking.
- Proactive, organized and process-oriented profile.
- Ability to communicate financial topics clearly and simply to different levels of the organization.
- Strong stakeholder engagement with executives, technical teams, PMOs, HR and vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or Production Engineering.
- Experience in large companies or complex corporate environments.
- Experience building and maintaining management reports and financial analysis models.
- Knowledge of IT expense cycles and structures (services, contracts, OPEX, CAPEX, payroll, licenses, cloud, telecom).
- Experience managing and discussing cloud costs.
- Experience with sourcing analyses, contracts and IT supplier management.
- Advanced Excel; proficiency with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar) and ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Totvs or similar).
