About the role

  • Hybrid Management: Plan and monitor projects using Waterfall (for predictability of deadlines and fixed budgets) and Agile/Scrum/Kanban (for technical execution and continuous delivery cycles).
  • Functional Analysis: Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, ensuring the development team understands the “why” and “how” of each deliverable.
  • Technical Interface: Act as a facilitator in architecture discussions, system integrations (APIs) and data modeling, ensuring technical decisions support functional requirements.
  • Governance and Reporting: Manage stakeholders at different levels, preparing status reports, risk management, cost control and schedules (Gantt).
  • Quality Assurance: Validate that the technical delivery meets the functional acceptance criteria defined at the start of the project.

Requirements

  • Methodologies Experience: Mastery of PMBOK/Waterfall (WBS, critical path) and agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
  • Technical Background: Previous experience in software development, systems analysis or solution architecture (ability to read technical documentation and understand programming logic).
  • Process Orientation: Skilled in mapping business processes (AS-IS and TO-BE) and writing User Stories or Functional Specifications.
  • Tools: Proficiency with management tools such as Jira, MS Project or similar.
