About the role
- Lead the channel strategy, connecting business objectives with deliverables that make a real-world impact.
- Coordinate multiple squads, ensuring roadmaps are aligned and priorities are clear.
- Work closely with product, design, engineering teams and stakeholders to keep progress synchronized.
- Monitor performance metrics, continuously looking for opportunities to improve.
Requirements
- Experience leading multiple product initiatives, with a track record of delivering in complex, ambiguous environments;
- Strategic vision to plan for the medium and long term, connecting product evolution with the company’s broader objectives;
- Ability to advance governance of key channels used by diverse user profiles, combined with excellent stakeholder management alongside domain teams;
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills — you tailor messages, align expectations clearly, resolve conflicts calmly, and are adept at asynchronous coordination, producing concise documentation that guides decisions;
- Bachelor’s degree (completed).
