About the role

  • Perform routine operational activities with attention and agility, ensuring the smooth flow of support operations.
  • Provide support for technical or process requests of low to medium complexity, aiming for prompt and high-quality resolution.
  • Identify and report errors or anomalies in processes and systems, contributing to their correction and stability.
  • Maintain visibility over the progress of your requests and processes, communicate status updates, and align simple decisions with leadership.
  • Propose targeted, relevant improvements to the work processes for which you are responsible, aiming to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Assist and share knowledge about the specific activities in which you act as a point of reference with other team members.
  • Take on additional tasks with agility and focus as required by operational needs and management guidance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in support, customer service, or operations, preferably in environments with digital solutions.
  • Operational execution skills with attention to detail and critical thinking to identify and flag errors in routines.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in using CRM and ticketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to maintain strong relationships and collaborate with the team.
  • Organized in managing processes and routines; able to work autonomously when deadlines and milestones are clear and well defined.
