Product Manager

• Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with the company’s strategic objectives, and lead the definition of the roadmap;
• Market Analysis: Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges that impact product success;
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, product, finance, accounting, controllership, and sales teams to ensure effective execution of the product plan;
• Roadmap Prioritization and Management: Prioritize resources based on strategic criteria and drive the delivery of solutions for bugs, gaps, and product enhancements;
• Product Lifecycle Management: Monitor product performance across its lifecycle, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure ongoing success;
• Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and promote continuous improvement;
• Leadership & Influence: Inspire and lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to achieve product objectives;
• Process mapping, documentation, and definition of the functional roadmap for these products;
• Prepare functional and technical documentation of business and product requirements;
• Perform technical testing of the product and coordinate bug fixes and adjustments with the engineering team;
• Support users in UAT/acceptance of product enhancements;
• Conduct product training;
