About the role
- Own revenue, pricing, channels, and pipeline
- Retain & expand customers through key-account, renewal, and upsell programs
- Translate strategy into clear GTM OKRs
- Create dashboards for forecast, funnel, and performance
- Collaborate with KOLs and build scientific impact
- Coach, hire, and structure the team
- Scale e-commerce/demand generation and advance green initiatives
- Partner with R&D/Legal on IP protection and launches
Requirements
- 15+ years in life science tools/biotech commercial leadership
- Proven track-record scaling global revenue (incl. US), building teams, and installing operational rigor (OKRs, KPIs, CRM discipline)
- Strength across sales & marketing growth levers
- Scientific credibility with the ability to engage KOLs and translate complex value into outcomes
- Collaborative leadership style; comfortable working closely with founders and cross-functional executives
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences; PhD or MBA a plus
- English required; German helpful.
