About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own enterprise implementations end to end, configuring each customer's account for their workflows
Ensure the data model fits how each customer operates so Archilogic becomes their source of truth
Build platform extensions using the Extension SDK, GraphQL and REST APIs, and MCP
Teach and enable users to drive proper adoption
Drive usage and expansion across implemented accounts
Serve as first-line support and technical relationship for accounts
Escalate deep backend integration work to core engineering
Turn recurring implementation friction into product roadmap signal and sometimes ship the fix
Support major pre-sales opportunities with technical scoping and proof-of-concept work

Requirements

What you’ll need

Real technical fluency: ability to build extensions, script against APIs, and model data well
Experience working directly with customers and owning outcomes
Forward deployed, implementation, or solutions/delivery engineering background fits naturally but is not required
Ability to configure and build maintainable customer solutions
Strong customer-facing instincts and ability to teach non-technical users
Ability to hold credible technical conversations with engineers
Bias to ship and comfort owning ambiguous problems on a small, remote team
Nice to have: spatial/CAD/BIM data, graph data models, or geometry
Nice to have: IWMS/CAFM platforms, including Tririga, Archibus, Planon, or ServiceNow
Nice to have: experience building on a platform SDK or developing agentic/LLM-powered tooling such as MCP and tool use
