Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and update blueprint courses for fall and spring semester implementation.
Implement organization-wide initiatives within blueprint courses to ensure consistency across all courses.
Assist with the completion of lingering GLOW tasks and other course update needs.
Implement course content within the LMS using provided templates and established Virtual Arkansas processes.
Apply consistent formatting, naming conventions, and organizational structures aligned to Virtual Arkansas standards.
Participate in quality assurance reviews to ensure content accuracy, functionality, accessibility, and consistency.
Upload, organize, and maintain course assets, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements.
Collaborate with the Design & Development team to implement revisions and support goals.
Resolve basic LMS or content-related issues.
Participate in project meetings and training as needed.
Pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and usability of content.
Prioritize and adapt to meet required deadlines.
Abide by all Virtual Arkansas and applicable Arch Ford ESC policies and/or regulations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor’s degree or higher in education, instructional technology, or a related field is desired.
Experience working in a learning management system (LMS) preferred.
Experience with online course development or digital content creation is preferred.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices is preferred.
Demonstration of strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
Reliable internet access and use of a personal laptop or desktop computer for work tasks are required.
