Content Marketing Manager

• Prepare and update blueprint courses for fall and spring semester implementation.
• Implement organization-wide initiatives within blueprint courses to ensure consistency across all courses.
• Assist with the completion of lingering GLOW tasks and other course update needs.
• Implement course content within the LMS using provided templates and established Virtual Arkansas processes.
• Apply consistent formatting, naming conventions, and organizational structures aligned to Virtual Arkansas standards.
• Participate in quality assurance reviews to ensure content accuracy, functionality, accessibility, and consistency.
• Upload, organize, and maintain course assets, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements.
• Collaborate with the Design & Development team to implement revisions and support goals.
• Resolve basic LMS or content-related issues.
• Participate in project meetings and training as needed.
• Pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and usability of content.
• Prioritize and adapt to meet required deadlines.
• Abide by all Virtual Arkansas and applicable Arch Ford ESC policies and/or regulations.
