About the role
- Independently scripts, designs, and develops high-quality digital curriculum content
- Collaborate with specialists, agencies, and developers for producing curriculum content
- Use AI tools to generate, refine, and revise lesson scripts, assessments, and learning objects
- Curate and create accessible, copyright-compliant digital content
- Participate in collaborative team meetings and professional development
- Independently build course content into the LMS
- Review all content to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and legality
- Serve as a student-perspective reviewer for clarity and engagement
- Prioritize and adapt to meet required deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (minimum); Master's degree desired
- Three years of blended/online teaching experience is desired
- Online course development and design experience is desired
- Demonstrates high-quality verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates creative writing and research abilities
- Teacher Licensure for the requested content area and grade level
- Experience with AI tools for content creation, planning, or development preferred (training provided)
