About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of paid social campaigns across a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively and delivered against agreed objectives.
  • Support the planning, setup, execution, optimisation and reporting of paid social campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Contribute to media planning, campaign frameworks, audience targeting approaches and budget recommendations under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Manage campaign operations across active client accounts, ensuring campaigns are running efficiently and delivering against agreed KPIs.
  • Act as a day-to-day client contact for campaign-related queries, providing clear communication, performance updates and recommendations.
  • Build and manage campaigns within platform environments, including audience setup, creative trafficking, bid management and optimisation.
  • Analyse campaign performance data and develop reports that translate results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Support the development of campaign assets, ad copy variations, audience segmentation documentation and campaign briefs.
  • Monitor platform updates, digital trends and competitor activity, identifying relevant opportunities for clients.
  • Conduct research to support campaign planning, audience development and market insights.
  • Contribute to pitch materials, proposals and new business opportunities as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of experience in paid social, performance marketing or digital campaign management, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaign optimisation.
  • Confidence managing campaign communications and presenting performance updates to clients.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with B2B, technology or corporate clients is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve efficiency, research and content development.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an integrated team environment.
