About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Effectively oversee existing b2b tech accounts on a day-to-day basis whilst collaborating on wider projects and strategies
- Proactively network and attend industry events to help foster new business opportunities and client relationships
- Deliver sound strategic counsel and offer confident client management
- Develop written materials that follows the strategic direction of each client
- Nurture an excellent understanding of your client’s business and industry sector and build trusted client relationships particularly in tech
- Confidently show vigor in achieving top-tier meaningful coverage aligned with clients comms & business objectives
- Influence and deliver insights reports and competitor tracking for clients
- Devise frameworks for impactful client reporting and evaluation, using best practice measurement strategies to demonstrate impact.
- Lead a team on projects and new business proposals
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years' of proven success in client management
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics
- Comfortable using various AI tools
- Solid understanding of the media and influencer landscape
- Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
- An in depth interest in the tech sector, specifically cyber security, AI and ecommerce, and how these technologies can use their reach to better the world we live in
- Experience managing teams and bringing projects from inception to execution
- Experience and passion for networking and creating new business opportunities
