About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Effectively oversee existing b2b tech accounts on a day-to-day basis whilst collaborating on wider projects and strategies
  • Proactively network and attend industry events to help foster new business opportunities and client relationships
  • Deliver sound strategic counsel and offer confident client management
  • Develop written materials that follows the strategic direction of each client
  • Nurture an excellent understanding of your client’s business and industry sector and build trusted client relationships particularly in tech
  • Confidently show vigor in achieving top-tier meaningful coverage aligned with clients comms & business objectives
  • Influence and deliver insights reports and competitor tracking for clients
  • Devise frameworks for impactful client reporting and evaluation, using best practice measurement strategies to demonstrate impact.
  • Lead a team on projects and new business proposals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years' of proven success in client management
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics
  • Comfortable using various AI tools
  • Solid understanding of the media and influencer landscape
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
  • An in depth interest in the tech sector, specifically cyber security, AI and ecommerce, and how these technologies can use their reach to better the world we live in
  • Experience managing teams and bringing projects from inception to execution
  • Experience and passion for networking and creating new business opportunities
